Why Would You Go Back? (Galatians 4:8-11)

This Sunday we continue our series in the book of Galatians. We are now on chapter 4 looking at verses 8-11. In this passage Paul is warning the Galatians about the danger of going back to the old ways under the law. His question is, why would they do that, now that they are free in Christ and are in the family of God? With all the privileges in Christ why go back to all that bondage under the law or before someone receives Christ as Savior. Why would someone today go back to the old world, the old life, after they have been saved? The truth is they wouldn’t, so don’t even be tempted by that old life.
