Community Baptist Church Pastors
Pastor Steven Weaver
Pastor Stephen Weaver became pastor of Community Baptist Church in November of 2002. He and his wife Kim and sons Brad and Evan have been in ministry for 15 years. Prior to coming to Community, Pastor Weaver was an assistant Pastor at the Calvary Baptist Church of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania working in the areas of youth, music, visitation, and administration. He has a bachelor’s degree from Bob Jones University in Bible and Radio/Television, and a Master of Divinity degree from Calvary Baptist Theological Seminary in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. In addition to his preaching ministry, Pastor Weaver is also available for counseling.
Pastor Toby Stevens
Pastor Toby Stevens began serving as our assistant pastor in January 2008. He graduated from Appalachian Bible College in 1998 with a bachelor’s degree in Bible and Pastoral Greek. After graduation he was invited to join the elementary staff at South Merrimack Christian Academy in Merrimack, New Hampshire. During his time of ministry at the school and the church, the LORD began to develop a desire for Pastor Toby to minister to the people of New Hampshire and also increased his burden to continue his education. After marrying his wife Susan in 2003, Pastor Toby started classes at Calvary Baptist Theological Seminary in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. He graduated with a Masters of Arts in Christian Ministries degree in May, 2008. Pastor Toby assists Pastor Weaver in the areas of Christian education, youth, administration, and visitation.
