Part of the John series, preached at a Sunday Morning service

This Sunday morning, we continue our series in the gospel of John. We will be looking at chapter 5 verses 25-29. In this passage Jesus continues to explain His deity and His being equal with the Father. He is God, he is equal with the Father; and He will do anything He wants on the Sabbath. He then says He will call all the dead to rise again (because He has the power and the Father has given Him all authority to judge everyone). He will call and is calling all the dead to rise again. What does that mean? 4 questions we will answer: Who are the dead? What happens to them? How are they judged? And how much time do they (we) have? Answers to these and much more this Sunday morning…
