Awana Clubs (TBD)
The adventure starts weekly at 6:50PM on Wednesdays…
What is Awana? Awana is a well-know program used to reach children with the gospel of Jesus Christ and to train them to serve him. Each evening the children have a time of Bible memory, Council (story), and games. We have many special theme nights throughout the year.
Who can come to Awana? Any boys and girls ages 3 through 6th grade.
What are the groups? There are 3 different age based clubs in the Awana program. Cubbies are 3 and 4 years old. Sparks are children who are in kindergarten through 2nd grade. Truth & Training are boys and girls 3rd grade through 6th grade. Each group has their own books and award system.
What is the cost? There are costs associated with this program. Each child will need to purchase a uniform, handbook, and will need to pay a registration fee. All costs are listed below:
All Handbooks: $10.00
Uniforms: Cubbie Vest: $15.00, Sparks Vest: $15.00, T&T shirt: $15.00
Registration fees: .50 weekly dues or a flat fee of $18.
Non-member fee: $5 per child
Special Nights: Each year there are special nights for the children to participate in for fun and prizes. We also have different activities such as the Grand Prix from time to time.
Weekly Awards: The children earn awards and badges for their uniforms based on their Bible memory work. We urge you to check out the box below to see those have completed awards each week.
