Why Do We Fight? (James 4:1-3)

This Sunday we continue our series in the book of James in chapter 4 verses 1-3. In this passage James addresses the problem of fighting and warring among believers.
This seems like a topic we should not have to address among Bible believing Christians – then or today. But the seriousness of these battles is very evident in this chapter that James addresses in the lives and small churches of these scattered believers. This Sunday morning we will look at the reasons why the fighting happens. No one likes to see this fighting going on, so what can be done to stop it and keep it from happening? We should understand the source of the problem. When we are aware of that inward problem we can wisely correct the problem with God’s help. What are these reasons?
